
Dijon Mustard Crusted Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (150 g each)
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, dill), chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

1 Prepare the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard over the top of each fillet.
