  • 500g large prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup cornflour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1/2 cup egg floss
  • Fresh coriander, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving
