Garlic Butter Rainbow Trout Recipe

- 4 rainbow trout fillets
- 115g unsalted butter, melted
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges and parsley for garnish

Preheat oven to 200°C. Place trout fillets on individual pieces of aluminium foil and season with salt and pepper.
