  • 300g ocean trout sashimi, thinly sliced
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • 2 red chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp coriander, chopped
  • Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving
