Salmon Spiral Pasta Recipe
Introduce your toddler to the delightful flavours of the sea with this Toddler-Friendly Salmon Spiral Pasta. Packed with nutritious flaked salmon and colourful veggies, this dish is designed to be both delicious and perfectly suited for little ones.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup spiral pasta
- 150g salmon fillet
- 1/2 cup carrots, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup peas
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:

1 Cook Pasta
Place spiral pasta in boiling water and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2 Prepare Salmon
Season the salmon fillet lightly with salt. Grill over medium heat until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily, approximately 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before flaking with a fork.

3 Cook Veggies
Heat olive oil in a small pan. Add finely chopped carrots and peas, and sauté until they are soft and tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Mix pasta with flaked salmon, vegetables, a touch of cream, and melted cheddar cheese. Serve once cooled.
