Velvety Garlic Butter Scampi Recipe

- 500g scampi, shelled and deveined
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 200ml cream
- 50ml white wine
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon juice
Instructions:

1 Sauté Garlic
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté finely minced garlic until golden and fragrant.

Add scampi to the pan, season with salt and freshly ground pepper, and sauté until they turn opaque.
