Ingredients:

- 3/4 杯冷水

- 植物油,煎炸用
- 1/2 杯蛋丝

Instructions:

1 Prepare the Prawns and Batter
Peel and devein the prawns, pat dry. In a bowl, mix flour, cornflour, baking powder, salt, and cold water to form a smooth batter, then stir in melted butter.

Heat oil to 180°C (350°F). Dip prawns in the batter and fry in batches until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Plate the fried prawns, top with egg floss, and garnish with fresh coriander and lime wedges. Serve immediately.
