辣椒姜牡蛎加少许米酒的食谱

Ingredients:

- 1 根红辣椒,去籽并切碎
- 几枝新鲜香菜
- 6 汤匙 米酒醋
- 1茶匙糖

1 Prepare OystersShuck the oysters and arrange them on a bed of crushed ice.

2 Mix DressingCombine finely grated ginger, chopped red chilli, and a bit of coriander in a bowl.

3 Combine and ServeStir rice wine vinegar and sugar into the ginger mix until well combined. Spoon the dressing over the oysters and serve immediately.
