奶油椰子虎虾食谱

Ingredients:
- 500克虎虾,去筋

- 400毫升椰奶
- 1 汤匙 鱼露
- 1-2 个红辣椒,切碎(可选)
- 1 杯菠菜叶
- 蒸米饭,供食用
Instructions:

1 Sauté Aromatics & Cook PrawnsHeat oil in a pan and sauté garlic, onion, and ginger until fragrant. Add the tiger prawns and cook until they turn pink.

2 Simmer in Coconut MilkPour in coconut milk, add fish sauce, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add chopped chilli for spice.

3 Finish with SpinachStir in spinach and cook until wilted. Serve immediately with steamed rice.
