1 Prepare Oysters and Crab Mixture
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Shuck the oysters and place them on a baking sheet. In a bowl, mix the crab meat, breadcrumbs, parsley, green onions, garlic, Creole seasoning, mayonnaise, and lemon juice until well combined.

2 Top Oysters
Spoon the crab mixture onto each oyster, ensuring they are well covered.

3 Bake Oysters
Bake the oysters for 10-12 minutes until the topping is golden and the oysters are cooked through.

4 Serve
Garnish with additional parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.
