Instructions:

1 Prepare the Flounder
Pat the flounder fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper, then dredge lightly in flour, shaking off any excess.

2 Cook the Flounder
Heat butter in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the flounder fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

3 Make the Lemon-Butter Sauce
In the same pan, add a little more butter if needed. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add lemon juice and capers. Cook for another minute, stirring to combine.

Pour the lemon-butter sauce over the flounder fillets. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
