Ingredients:

  • 2 个红辣椒,切片
  • 2 汤匙发酵黑豆,冲洗并切碎
  • 1/4杯米酒
  • 2汤匙酱油
  • 2 根葱,切片
  • 新鲜香菜,用于装饰

    Soak the pipis in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove any sand. Drain and rinse thoroughly.

Add pipis, stirring to coat. Pour in rice wine and soy sauce, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the pipis have opened. Discard any that remain closed.

    Transfer the cooked pipis to a serving dish, pouring the sauce over the top. Garnish with spring onions and fresh coriander. Serve immediately with steamed rice.
