Instructions:

1 Prep Trout
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place trout fillets on individual pieces of aluminium foil and season with salt and pepper.

2 Prepare Butter Sauce
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley. Pour the mixture over the trout fillets, then fold the foil over the trout to create sealed packets.

3 Bake and Serve
Place the foil packets on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until the trout is fully cooked and flakes easily with a fork. Open the packets carefully, garnish with additional parsley and lemon wedges, and serve immediately.
