Ingredients:

  • 2 整条黄鳍鲷,洗净
  • 2 汤匙 橄榄油
  • 盐和胡椒,调味
  • 1 根黄瓜,切成薄片
  • 1 根胡萝卜,切成细丝
  • 1 个小红洋葱,切成薄片
  • 100克豆芽
  • 1/4 杯新鲜薄荷叶
  • 1/4 杯新鲜芫荽叶
  • 1/4 杯 泰国罗勒叶
  • 3 汤匙 青柠汁
  • 2 汤匙 鱼露
  • 1茶匙糖
