烤黄鳍鲷配新鲜越南沙拉食谱

Ingredients:
- 2 整条黄鳍鲷,洗净
- 2 汤匙 橄榄油
- 盐和胡椒,调味

- 100克豆芽
- 1/4 杯新鲜薄荷叶
- 1/4 杯新鲜芫荽叶
- 1/4 杯 泰国罗勒叶
- 3 汤匙 青柠汁
- 2 汤匙 鱼露
- 1茶匙糖

1 Prepare the SaladThinly slice cucumber, carrot, and red onion. Mix with bean sprouts, mint, coriander, and Thai basil. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, and chilli to make the dressing.

2 Grill the BreamRub the yellowfin bream with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill on high heat for 4-5 minutes per side, until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.

3 Assemble & ServeToss the salad with the dressing, arrange on plates, and place the grilled bream on top. Garnish with extra herbs and serve immediately.
