Instructions:

1 Prepare Oysters
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Shuck the oysters and place them on a baking sheet.

In a bowl, mix miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, and a touch of sugar until well combined.

3 Apply Glaze
Spoon a small amount of the miso mixture onto each oyster.

4 Bake and Serve
Bake the oysters for 10-12 minutes until they are just cooked through and the glaze is bubbling. Serve hot with a sprinkle of chopped spring onions and a squeeze of lime juice.
