Ingredients:

1 Prepare the PrawnsHeat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and chillies, stir-frying until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Toss in the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

2 Create the SauceIn a small bowl, whisk together the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and water. Pour the sauce over the prawns, stirring to coat evenly. Let the sauce simmer and reduce slightly for 1-2 minutes.

3 Add Basil and ServeStir in the Thai basil leaves and cook until just wilted. Remove from heat and garnish with extra basil if desired. Serve immediately with jasmine rice.
