1 Prepare the Tuna and Marinade
In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, lime juice, orange juice, sesame oil, and honey. Add the cubed tuna to the marinade, gently tossing to coat the fish evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.

2 Assemble the Poke Bowl
In serving bowls, start by layering cooked rice as the base. Arrange the marinated tuna, avocado slices, cucumber, edamame, and radishes on top of the rice. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the bowl for added flavour.

3 Garnish and Serve
Garnish the poke bowls with sliced spring onions, sesame seeds, and nori strips. Serve immediately, offering additional lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of citrus.
