Instructions:

Soak the dried seaweed in cold water for 10 minutes until it rehydrates. Drain and squeeze out excess water, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and grated ginger until the sugar dissolves.

3 Combine Salad
In a large bowl, mix the rehydrated seaweed, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion. Toss with the sesame soy dressing.

Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.
