Ingredients:

1 件完整的海洋夹克，已清洗

2 个青柠汁
3 汤匙酱油
2汤匙蜂蜜

Instructions:

1 Prepare the Fish
Clean and score the ocean jacket, then season lightly with salt inside and out.
2 Make the Glaze
Combine ginger, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, and garlic in a saucepan. Simmer until slightly thickened.
3 Bake the Fish
Place the fish in a baking dish, generously brush with the glaze, and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F).
4 Final Garnish
Serve the fish topped with additional glaze and garnished with sliced spring onions and sesame seeds.
