黄鳍鲷配越南沙拉食谱

Ingredients:
- 4 片黄鳍鲷鱼片
- 盐和胡椒调味

- 2 杯卷心菜丝

- 1 根黄瓜,切成细丝
- 1/4 杯新鲜薄荷叶
- 1/4 杯新鲜芫荽叶
- 2 汤匙 青柠汁
- 1汤匙鱼露
- 1汤匙糖
- 1 个红辣椒,切碎
- 碎花生作装饰
- 佐餐用青柠角
Instructions:

1 Prepare Fish
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season yellowfin bream fillets with salt and pepper, and brush with oil. Grill the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and slightly charred.

2 Make Salad
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrot, cucumber, fresh mint, and coriander. In a separate bowl, whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and finely chopped chilli to create the dressing. Toss the salad with the dressing until evenly coated.

3 Assemble and Serve
Place grilled fish on a serving platter and top with the Vietnamese salad. Garnish with crushed peanuts and extra fresh herbs. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
