韩式腌制牡蛎食谱

Instructions:

1 Prepare the marinade
In a bowl, mix garlic, gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes), spring onions, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and a pinch of sugar. Stir well to combine.

2 Marinate the oysters
Gently mix the cleaned fresh oysters into the marinade. Let the flavours meld for 10-15 minutes in the fridge to absorb the seasoning.

3 Serve
Serve the marinated oysters chilled, garnished with sesame seeds and finely chopped green onions. This dish can be enjoyed as is or served over rice.
