Ingredients:

1 Prepare the Prawns and Salad Base
In a large bowl, mix the cooked prawns with a pinch of salt and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine shredded lettuce, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes for a crisp base.

In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, a dash of hot sauce, lemon juice, and freshly chopped parsley. Whisk until smooth, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

3 Assemble the Cocktail
Layer the lettuce mixture into serving glasses, then add the prawns. Drizzle generously with the dressing and garnish with additional parsley, a lemon wedge, and a sprinkle of paprika for colour.
