Ingredients:
- 200g fresh eel sashimi
- 200g cooked sushi rice, warm
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 strips of nori
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Slice the fresh eel sashimi into thin, nigiri-appropriate pieces.

With moist hands, form the sushi rice into small, oblong shapes for the nigiri base.
