Fresh Snapper Ceviche Tostadas with Avocado Recipe

Ingredients:
- 300g fresh snapper, diced
- 1/2 cup lime juice (about 4 limes)
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, minced (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- 4 tostadas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Lime wedges, for garnish
Instructions:

1 Prepare the Ceviche
In a bowl, combine diced snapper, lime juice, red onion, coriander, jalapeño, and salt. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until the fish is opaque.
