
辣鱿鱼番茄酱意大利面食谱

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic and red chilli flakes until fragrant. Add canned tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes, then season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.

While the sauce is simmering, heat a separate pan with a little olive oil. Add sliced squid and cook for 2-3 minutes until just opaque. Add the squid to the tomato sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

3 Cook the Spaghetti
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with a bit of olive oil.

4 Combine and Serve
Toss the cooked spaghetti with the spicy squid and tomato sauce until well combined. Garnish with fresh basil and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
