Ingredients:

- 盐 1茶匙
- 黑胡椒 1/2 茶匙
- 烤辣椒 100g,切碎
- 杏仁 50克
- 大蒜 3瓣
- 红酒醋 2汤匙
- 欧芹,切碎(装饰用)
Instructions:

1 Prepare Romesco Sauce
Blend roasted capsicums, almonds, garlic, and vinegar to form a smooth sauce.

2 Assemble Skewers
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper to create the seasoning. Brush the mixture onto prawns, scallops, and squid, then thread them onto skewers.

Cook skewers on a preheated BBQ until the seafood is just cooked through.

Drizzle romesco sauce over the seafood skewers and garnish with parsley
