Instructions:

   1 Prepare the Dressing

   Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and a touch of sugar until well combined.

   In a large bowl, mix the ready-to-eat seaweed with the dressing.

   Refrigerate the salad for about 10 minutes to allow the flavours to meld. Serve chilled, garnished with toasted sesame seeds and freshly chopped spring onions.
