 - 1 茶匙 韩国辣椒片 (gochugaru)

                          1 Prepare the MarinadeIn a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, sugar, and chilli flakes. Coat the mackerel fillets with the marinade and allow them to rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.

                          2 Grill the MackerelPreheat the grill to medium-high. Grill the marinated mackerel fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, until the fish is cooked through and has a slightly charred exterior.

                          3 ServePlace the grilled mackerel on a serving platter, garnished with sesame seeds and spring onions. Serve hot with steamed rice and a side of vegetables.
