Instructions:

Combine gochujang (Korean chilli paste), soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic to make a spicy marinade.

Quickly stir-fry onions and carrots in sesame oil until just tender.

3 Cook the Squid
Add the pre-prepared squid and the sauce to the vegetables, stir-frying until the squid is heated through and the sauce is caramelised.

4 Garnish and Serve
Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
