Ingredients:

Instructions:

1 Sauté the Aromatics
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and shallots, sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the cleaned clams to the pot and stir to combine with the aromatics.

3 Deglaze and Steam
Pour in the white wine and lemon juice. Cover the pot and steam for 5-7 minutes until the clams open. Discard any clams that remain closed.

4 Finish with Parsley and Seasoning
Stir in chopped parsley and sprinkle with lemon zest. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Transfer the clams and broth to a serving dish. Serve immediately with crusty bread to soak up the flavorful broth.
