Ingredients:

  • 400g Linguine
  •  olive oil
  • 1 finely chopped brown onion
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 small red chilli
  • 400g blue swimmer crab meat
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Zest and juice of lemon
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  •  salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Cook Linguine

    Cook the linguine in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to packet instructions or until al dente. Drain well and set aside.

  2. Sauté Onion:

    While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until softened.
