Barramundi Fillets with Tropical Mango Sauce Recipe

  • 4 barramundi fillets (about 200g each)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 ripe mangos, pureed
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Fresh coriander, for garnish
