Barramundi Fillets with Tropical Mango Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 barramundi fillets (about 200g each)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 ripe mangos, pureed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp sugar
- Fresh coriander, for garnish

Blend ripe mango, lemon juice, and a hint of sugar until smooth, then simmer for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
