Ingredients:
- 2 cans tuna in spring water, drained
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil, for frying
- Lemon wedges and parsley, for garnish
