Aussie Spiced Crab Platter
A vibrant and sophisticated dish featuring tender crab meat gently tossed in a zesty blend of lemon, garlic and a hint of chilli, crowned with fresh parsley. This dish showcases the pure flavours of the sea with an unmistakable Australian twist.
Ingredients:
- 500 g Fresh crab meat
- 30 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 units Garlic cloves, minced
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 0.5 tsp Sea salt
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper
- 15 g Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:

1 Prepare the Marinade
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chilli flakes, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir thoroughly until well mixed.

2 Marinate the Crab
- Transfer the fresh crab meat into a larger bowl and gently toss with the marinade. Allow the flavours to blend by leaving it to rest for approximately 10 minutes.

- Arrange the marinated crab neatly on a serving plate, ensuring an even distribution of the succulent meat.

- Drizzle any remaining marinade over the arranged crab meat. Top with a generous sprinkle of chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately with a side of crisp salad or freshly baked bread.
