  • 60 ml Heavy cream
  • 15 ml Wasabi paste
  • 15 ml Dijon mustard
  • 60 ml Seafood stock
  • 5 ml Lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
