                          2 Coat the FishDip each orange roughy fillet in the beaten eggs, ensuring it's fully coated. Then press the fillet into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides evenly.

                          3 Cook the FilletsIn a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the coated fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the crust is golden and the fish is cooked through.
