A delightful mix of fresh seafood marinated in a zesty blend of lemon, garlic, and herbs, then grilled to perfection. The dish offers a balanced blend of flavours with a subtle char and a burst of citrus, making it an enticing option for any seafood lover.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g King Prawns, peeled
  • 200 g White Fish Fillet, cut into chunks
  • 200 g Scallops
  • 60 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 30 ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 10 g Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 5 g Salt
  • 1 g Black Pepper

Instructions:
