Ingredients:
- 2 片鲑鱼片
- 1 杯 freekeh

- 1/2 茶匙 姜黄粉
- 1/2 茶匙 辣椒粉

Instructions:

1 Cook Freekeh
Rinse freekeh, then cook in simmering water for 20 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

2 Marinate Radishes
While freekeh cooks, thinly slice radishes and marinate in rice vinegar, honey, and salt for 10 minutes.

3 Prepare & Cook Salmon
Rub salmon fillets with a spice blend of coriander, cumin, turmeric, and paprika. Fry skin-side down in olive oil for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook another 3-4 minutes.

4 Serve
Plate the freekeh, top with salmon, garnish with marinated radishes and fresh herbs.
