In a small bowl, combine olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, finely chopped basil, and mint leaves. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper, stirring to form a marinade. Coat swordfish steaks with the mixture and let them marinate for 15 minutes.

2 Grill the Swordfish
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates. Grill the swordfish steaks for 4–5 minutes on each side or until just cooked through, with grill marks forming on the surface.

Serve the grilled swordfish with a drizzle of the remaining marinade and garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges.
