一锅奶油金枪鱼香草意面食谱

Ingredients:

- 1 个小洋葱,切碎

- 2 杯蔬菜汤或鸡汤
- 1杯牛奶
- 250 克意大利面(通心粉、螺丝粉或通心粉)
- 1 罐(185 克)橄榄油浸金枪鱼,沥干
- ½ 杯磨碎的帕尔马干酪
- ¼ 杯新鲜欧芹,切碎
- 盐和黑胡椒,调味
Instructions:

1 Sauté the Aromatics
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant. Stir in the smoked paprika.

2 Cook the Pasta & Sauce
Pour in the stock and milk, then add the pasta. Stir well and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the sauce thickens.

3 Finish with Tuna & Herbs
Stir in the drained tuna, Parmesan, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper, then serve warm with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan.
