A refreshing twist on a classic seafood favourite, these tuna skewers burst with citrus tang and aromatic herbs. The gentle char from the grill lends a smoky depth while preserving the tender, pink centre, making every bite a delightful exploration of flavour and texture.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g Tuna steak
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp Fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh thyme
  • 0.5 tsp Crushed red chilli flakes
  • to taste Salt

  • 8 pieces Wooden skewers
