Ingredients:

Cut the salmon and tuna into bite-sized chunks. Place the salmon, tuna, and prawns in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Thread the marinated salmon, tuna, and prawns onto skewers. Preheat your grill to medium-high. Cook the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the seafood is cooked through and slightly charred.

Arrange the skewers on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh coriander and lime wedges. Serve immediately with a side of jasmine rice or a crisp salad.
