Seafood Delivery Fairlight

Yes, we deliver to Fairlight (2094) Monday to Saturday. Orders dispatched from Sydney Fish Markets arrive in 1–2 business days. Manly is right next door, and both suburbs enjoy the same fast delivery from our facility.

Every Fairlight order is packed at 0–4°C in insulated boxes with gel ice packs and temperature-monitored throughout transit. The 1–2 business day delivery is comfortably within our cold-chain capacity, and everything arrives cold, fresh and ready for your kitchen.

Delivery to Fairlight is $25 flat-rate. Free on orders of $120 or more. Order before 2pm Monday to Saturday for same-day dispatch. No minimum order required.

Fairlight's harbour setting and proximity to Manly's restaurant scene means residents here have high seafood expectations. Sashimi-grade tuna and salmon are popular for home preparation, whole snapper and john dory for weekend dinners, and king prawns plus Sydney Rock oysters are staples. Premium orders are the norm here — lobster and mud crab appear regularly for entertaining.

For a harbour-side dinner for four, a whole snapper or john dory (1.5–2kg) plus a dozen Sydney Rock oysters and king prawns at 200g per person makes an impressive, complete meal. For a larger gathering of eight, double the fish or add a second whole fish, and consider a lobster as a centrepiece.

One of the best. Fairlight Beach is a beautiful, sheltered harbour beach perfect for a relaxed seafood picnic. Our cooked king prawns, oysters and smoked salmon require virtually no preparation — just bring a chilly bin, some lemon, good bread and a cold drink. Order the day before, refrigerate overnight, and you're set for a perfect Fairlight afternoon.
