Smoked Salmon and Seaweed Sensation Recipe
This Smoked Salmon and Seaweed Sensation is a refreshing and nutritious salad that combines the smoky richness of salmon with the crisp, umami-packed seaweed. Perfect for a light lunch or dinner, this dish is bursting with vibrant flavours and textures that will delight your taste buds.
Ingredients:
- 200g smoked salmon, flaked
- 100g dried seaweed, soaked and drained
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chilli flakes for garnish
Instructions:

1 Prepare Dressing
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey until well combined.

In a large bowl, combine soaked and drained seaweed, thinly sliced cucumber, and chopped green onions.

Gently fold in the flaked smoked salmon.
