Ingredients:
- 三文鱼 1 份(约1.5公斤)
 - 4 汤匙 酱油
 - 2汤匙蜂蜜
 - 1 汤匙 芝麻油
 - 1 汤匙 姜末
 - 2 瓣大蒜,切碎
 - 1 汤匙 青柠汁
 - 新鲜香菜,用于装饰

Instructions:

                          1 Prepare the MarinadeIn a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, freshly grated ginger, minced garlic, and a splash of lime juice. Place the side of salmon in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the salmon is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to develop.

                          2 Bake the SalmonPreheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the marinated salmon on it, skin-side down. Pour any remaining marinade over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and slightly caramelised on the edges.

                          3 ServeOnce baked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander, sliced spring onions, and sesame seeds. Serve the salmon hot with steamed jasmine rice and stir-fried vegetables.
