1 Prepare the Snapper
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Pat the red snapper fillets dry with paper towels, then season both sides with salt and pepper. Place the fillets in a baking dish.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chopped parsley. Pour the butter mixture over the snapper fillets.

Bake the snapper for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley and lemon wedges on the side.
