Poach cod fillets in salted water until tender, then flake into large chunks. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente.

Toss the spaghetti with the sauce and cod, garnish with chopped parsley, candied lemon zest, and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve immediately for a Christmas-worthy feast.
