Instructions:

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions, carrots, and celery, sautéing for about 5 minutes until softened.

Add the diced potatoes, fish stock, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are tender.

Stir in the flaked salmon, cod, snapper, prawns, and milk. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.

Remove the bay leaf, season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot with a side of crusty bread.
