Instructions:

   1 Arrange Sashimi

   Arrange the sashimi slices of kingfish on a chilled serving plate.

   2 Make Dressing

   In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and a squeeze of lime juice.

   3 Assemble Dish

   Drizzle the dressing over the kingfish slices. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, finely chopped green onions, and coriander leaves.

   Garnish with thin slices of chilli and lime wedges. Serve immediately.
