Instructions:

1 Cook Whiting
Season whiting fillets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and cook the fillets for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan and keep warm.

In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add lemon juice, zest, and cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in dill and season with salt and pepper.

Pour the lemon-dill sauce over the cooked whiting fillets. Garnish with fresh dill and lemon slices. Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
